Cohousing-L Mailing List: question about Mosaic and document storage

Hi. We are using Mosaic at Gainesville Cohousing and it works really well
for us. I will be presenting at the conference in Wisconsin about how we
use it for communication (chat/posts and email) and operations (including
storage of documents, common meals, calendars, parking, workshare, groups,
etc.).

We do use a free Dropbox account as an additional backup to store some
documents. We have just started discussions about cleaning out some old
documents in Mosaic so that it only houses the most up-to-date or relevant
information. As with any filing system, the Mosaic documents module needs
attention from time to time. Our community formed in 2011 and we moved in
in 2018 and have only used 1.3 gb out of 5gb in Dropbox so this should be a
long-term solution for us. I believe the free Dropbox account is now set at
2gb unfortunately.
