Hello Jim Bob.We are a forming community in Tennessee (Burns Village and Farm) 
and are working with two local attorneys (they specialize in different areas of 
law).  We found that we need people who know state laws so I recommend that you 
limit your search to people practicing in your beautiful state. Best wishes,
