We have only one category of membership, namely homeowners. We don't have
associate or affiliate members.

We do consensus-seeking with an option to vote on a blocked proposal if the
issue can't be resolved (75% of households voting is required to overturn a
block). We've conducted such block votes something like 5 times over the 22
years I've been part of this community. Usually if someone says they would
block over some aspect of a proposal, it's either reworked or abandoned.
