Yes, we employ a Management Company.  The company offers a full "menu" of 
services.  We opted for the Financial Services feature only.  We have only 1 
individual here in our community who is knowledgeable and experienced in 
accounting and that is myself.  I am happy to be involved in day-to-day 
accounting as a volunteer but as a retiree, I also do not want to carry the 
entire load. Moreso, I  feel it prudent to have the knowledge that the 
Management Company can provide, particularly about Condo Law (which we are 
organized under) and they also have a CPA on board who handles our tax returns. 
 As you know, separation of duties and accounting oversight is a valuable and 
necessary requirement for any community.
