Searching by team name gets us all the files for a team. On the software list, we’ve been discussing the organization of files and what features we need in cohousing software. Henning described a strategy that eliminates the need for separating files into separate folders. I thought this might be useful on the Cohousing-L list. With search and sort capabilities (which I wish I had for my bookshelves) it is easier to find all the discussions on “bike racks" if the minutes are all in the same folder/directory instead of having to search in all the directories.
