Cohousing-L Mailing List: Access to Cohousing.org Information

I created a personal login for the website. Now looking at the 
"Building" page (https://www.cohousing.org/l3-template1/building/).

I cannot access any of the information on the page, e.g., Overview, 
Land. The text above says there are links.

Is the information only available to those who have paid the fee to 
join? If so, the site should make this clear.

"This collective wisdom is contained on the pages linked below *IF YOU 
ARE A MEMBER* beginning with an overview of the process and timeline and 
moving on to the various phases."
