Some thoughts: -We typically use Slack polls for scheduling. We already use Slack for our community messaging, so it's integrated. I don't think this would work well if you're not already using Slack. -More and more net services are moving to 2 factor authentication. In our community, when someone needs to log on to a particular shared service, like our Zoom account, poor Alistair gets a text message with a confirmation code from Zoom, followed by one from whoever was trying to log in, asking him for the code. We have not yet found a sophisticated way around this. This limitation was raised recently on this list. -Google Drive is very powerful. After a decade or so of using it, it is still (IMO) one of the easiest ways to collaborate with people in real time, with very few platform limitations and problems - smartphone, PC, mac, etc. Multiple users can be logged on and editing at once with minimal issues. I bet you could employ a Google Forms or Google Sheets solution tailored to your needs pretty easily. Tara Gallen Our Urban Village Cohousing at Tomo House - Vancouver, BC Completing early 2023.
