It’s interesting. Tomorrow we expect a snow storm and folks here will need to move their cars when the snow plow driver is anticipated. We use a group text for that and it seems to work, mostly, I think because people here expect that text. For most other things, however, emails, texts and even phone calls seem to have haphazard results with people turning their ringers off or simply not replying.
