The FIC directory lists close to 100 communities using sociocracy for their
governance. Want to get a real feel of what sociocracy/dynamic governance
is like? Here’s a great way to learn about sociocracy. The nonprofit
Sociocracy For All that I’m a part of offers immersive training called the
Sociocracy Leadership Training (SoLT). It’s 9 weeks, 2.5h per week starting
March 30, and it’s basically like joining a sociocratic organization for a
while so one can see how it works. Much more fun to do it than just to read
