     We have a similar problem.  20 years of a flourishing 3 meals a week 
common dinner history where every adult cooked once every 5 weeks or so and who 
ever wanted signed up to eat on any given common dinner.  Then came the 
pandemic shut down for over a year.  Now we struggle to find cooks for 2 meals 
a week and the meals are half the size they used to be.  Some of it is 
legitimate health concerns of vulnerable residents but not all of it.  I hope

Our problem also.  No, we have not figured out a solution.  Many responses
from "Age has impaired my ability to help cook or clean so I don't think I
should come" to "it's just so much easier with all our busy schedules to
eat at home."  And even though our community has only 31 adults, the list
of special food needs is chef-boggling.

Hope other communities have suggestions.
