Instead of just listening to the people I agreed with on Facebook, I accepted friend requests from Trumpian true believers and actively engaged in challenging their illogical thinking and false information. I quickly found they had no logic or belief system to sort out. And they might have been quoting accurate statistics for all they knew. They just wanted to cause outrage. Engaging just wasted energy.
