Cohousing-L Mailing List: Anyone willing to share their development LLC operating agreement?

Hello all,

We are about to have that hairy legal meeting where we revise (or decide 
not to) our LLC Operating Agreement.

It would be handy to see other communities' documents. We have Sunnyside 
Village's agreement, but that is the only one.

I know that most cohousing communities dissolve these LLCs once 
construction is done, which is what we also plan to do.

But while we are in this formative phase, it would be handy to be able 
to see a few for comparison purposes.

Does anyone have their document handy, and are willing to share?
