Ooops, I hit send by mistake on an empty message.

Car sharing seems like a natural feature for cohousing communities.
There is an ongoing discuission of how to do car sharing in cohousing.

There are approximately monthly Zoom presentations / discussions (get
details via the mailing list.

Even better car sharing is a sharing all electric cars (BEV Battery
electric vehicle), bicycles and rides. Changing from a private gas car
(ICE - Internal combustion engine ) vehicle to sharing electric cars,
bicycles and rides as well as using public transportation takes some
learning and organizing but the benefits are large.

We ( Becca Brackett of Cedar Cohousing and I) would like to get some
experience with BEV's so we plan to rent a Nissan Leaf in Providence
for a round trip to Portland Maine in June. Tho I am sure we can
figure out how to do this, advice from a cohousing person with BEV
experience would be nice.

Anyone willing out there?
