Hello,

During the pandemic many folks worked at home. One of them
needed to do so routinely, with some equipment present (we also have a
dedicated set of office suites, but as you might imagine they were in
constant use during the pandemic). The guest rooms weren't being used,
so we let him use one of them to work out of. With the pandemic over,
that guest room has returned to guest use (and in fact is being used for
that original purpose).

At present we have folks working from time to time in the great
room (or outside in this warm season), and it's not a problem thus far
even with a goodly number of retired folks who are around on weekdays.

Regards,
David Heimann
