O what a beautiful community! 30 units + CH on 3/4 of an acre … my kind of
urban living.

Out of curiosity … can someone from Bay State share the unit costs? And your
HoA dues?

I love it that one of the architects said your group was “not afraid of color.”
We are gearing up to paint the exterior of Takoma Village in DC once again.
We are in an historic district of bungalows and grand Victorian “summer”
houses. (Takoma, a neighborhood in DC, and Takoma Park, MD were where the
affluent came during the summer to escape the heat of The City. Both now part
of the urban “heat sink.”). We have in the past followed the traditional colors
found in the Arts and Crafts movement which is our historic touch point. A
little conservative. Now, we have been informed the DC historic folks have
given up regulating paint color on homes. Depending on your viewpoint, this is
either good news or bad news. Good news on our end: opening up more options
for color. I hope we are 1/2 as brave as you are!

Congratulations on attaining your cohousing community In Living Color!

Best —
