I had written:

"The community will have 350 units and house 750 people."

But (importantly), in cohousing style, the units are clustered such that
there are "neighborhoods" of around 30 houses each. This is similar to how
the EcoVillage at Ithaca has 100 units but three neighborhood cohousing
clusters of 30, 30, and 40 units ... each with their own Common House.
