Hello Coho Folks,

Here is a flyer for our upcoming Information Meeting where we spend about
an hour talking about our newly-completed community and two opportunities
to join us as we form our future together.  Please join us by requesting a

*River Song is a multi-generational, 28-unit community with modern,
high-quality homes that are energy efficient and passive solar. *Our campus
and homes are designed so you can enjoy privacy or community socializing
when you choose. We are just a 20 minute bike ride from the University of
Oregon, and a block from bus routes - right on the Willamette River
greenway. The Ruth Bascom Riverbank Path System offers river access and 12
miles of multi-use trails. The unique natural features of the land and its
place in the area’s ecology on the Willamette River have formed River
Song's commitment to planning, building and living with attention to
ecological sustainability.

*Members bike, walk, and bus to jobs and schools;* the Eugene airport and
the AMTRAK station are each within a 10-minute drive, making travel for
work and recreation easy.

We completed construction and moved in November 2022, which was both on
time and under budget, resulting in a gorgeous campus and a healthy fund
for discretionary projects going forward.
