Lotus, one referral I can give you is Dollar Bank.  They’re a regional bank 
headquartered in Pittsburgh.  They’re providing construction financing for 
Rachel Carson EcoVillage.  www.dollar.bank

We haven’t used any of the other services you listed.

I would also recommend The Auros Group, which works nationally.  They are a 
leader in Passive House certification and building performance modeling in 
general.
