I believe Capitol Hill Urban Cohousing uses Travelers insurance. We used the 
broker that my architectural practice used.

You could inquire with community members to see who their employers use for 
insurance. It should be a commercial carrier.

And we do not have a “manager” outside of “managing member” of our LLC. We are 
self-managed and do not have a 3rd party that oversees the management of the 
bldg.

We do hire out for select services, but we manage those ourselves.
We may have had a management company on retainer during the first year to give 
us guidance on reserve studies, annual budget review but that is not an ongoing 
requirement of our loan. And that was not the insurance requirement but a 
condition of our loan.
