Just a heads up from River Song.  We had 4 Level 2 charger cords in parking
areas adjacent to our garages and, one dark night, three of the cords were
cut and stolen - the fourth was hooked to a car and charging at the time.
The feeling of invasion and lack of safety lingers.  Your idea to have the
Level 2's in the garages takes care of the copper thieves.
