This is a reply to Don Suarez 

I have experience using OWL for hybrid Planning Commission meetings. Because 
these are public meetings we need to be as accessible as possible.  Owl has 
been SO much better than anything else we have used- the mike does need to be 
relatively near near the speaker, but one can get a second OWL if that is 
needed for a larger meeting.
