Sean, I was impressed with this statement, which IMO is the essence of 
community and a great way forward for humanity.  That's not just blowing smoke, 
but I suppose it could be accused of being a bit hyperbolic.

Obviously, Mosaic continues to evolve thanks to your efforts, which unlike much 
of the cohousing movement do not appear to be at all motivated by financial 
gain, making them even more praiseworthy.  I hesitate to ask, since you are 
already giving so much, but have you considered a mobile app for some, if not 
all, functions?
