Need more information. Who owns the park now? Do individual owners own their 
homes? Pay rent? A condo model?

Who is the typical owner now? Does the park have a strong community culture? 
Does the current park management encourage or discourage any collective action 
like potlucks, community cleanups, shared tools, etc?
