Cohousing-L Mailing List: House coming up for sale--Lake Claire Cohousing--ATL GA

All: This is just a preliminary heads-up that one of our cohousers will be 
moving on with her life in next few months, and will likely put her home on the 
market.  She did a lot of renovations in the last year and expanded the first 
floor to extend out/renovate the kitchen area. It's truly exceptional and--for 
coho--large kitchen. Place has 2 bedrooms plus a built out 3rd floor for use as 
a bedroom or bonus space; 1.5 bathrooms, a beautiful deck overlooking our 
courtyard, and a small backyard facing the street.  Unclear when it will come 
on the market--but likely in next few months.   Not sure of pricing. Just 
putting this out there to get a sense of who is out there that might envision a 
move to ATL--and coho.
