Tom Chapel's post made me want to give a heads up about Wasatch Commons in Salt 
Lake City, Utah.

This is just a preliminary heads-up that one of our cohousers DID move on with 
her life and moved to an assisted living community. And in the next few months, 
the 2-bedroom, 1 bath with no stairs will likely be on the market.  We are 
unclear when it will come on the market--but likely in the next few months.   
Not sure of pricing. Just putting this out there to get a sense of who is out 
there that might envision a move to Salt Lake City--and coho. The last sale at 
Wasatch Commons was a 4-bedroom, and it sold for $452,000.
