It is rare for rental properties to be available at Shadowlake Village
(Blacksburg, VA). Having two at the same time is a very strange
coincidence. :) My family is one of those two.

We are traveling the world for the next year and would love to let a family
try out cohousing in our little slice of heaven. You can rent our furnished
home in Shadowlake Village from summer 2024 to summer 2025 (flexible in
that period). 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. $2200/mo with utilities included.
Pets negotiable.. No smokers or vapers.

Our cohousing community has ample common spaces surrounded by private
homes. Our Common House has a pool table. ping pong, and workout equipment,
and we have biweekly community meals and other events throughout the year.
We have a neighborhood pool (very rare in Blacksburg), 30 acres of woods
and trails, and a central Green with a playset/playground area. The
community is very welcoming.

This is a great opportunity to try cohousing. The location is excellent.
You can bike to the Virginia Tech campus, and we are zoned for very popular
schools in town (Kipps Elementary, Blacksburg Middle, and Blacksburg High
School). If you enjoy hiking and biking, you will love it here. Some of the
best mountain bike trails in the world are right at your doorstep, and our
temperate climate makes it possible to be outdoors pretty much all year
round.
