After 26 years, we now have county approval to build Heartwood Cohousing Phase 2! That’s right, it was on December 15, 1997 that we obtained conceptual approval for our Phase 2, but you could say that we ran into some snags in the intervening years. :-| In case you may be interested… Today we published a newsletter, which talks about the approval and what that means for our development timeline.
