hi Susan, Google and Yahoo have some deal on new email marketing sender requirements - free accounts can’t configure an email sending domain. You can search for this in HubSpot Help for details. Also: If using the free version of Hubspot, you may have reached your sending limit. If you’re a paying subscriber, Hubspot accommodates mailing to any domains anywhere unless blacklisted. That said, Google tries to prevent spam and fraud by imposing limits on email marketing if you’re emailing more than like 10 people. It’s easy to search for tips and techniques for getting around that process. Good luck!
