I sent this to my community as an example of the importance of saving money for 
capital improvements instead of allowing it to drip into the operating budget 
and disappear. A greenhouse and a fund to maintain it would be a “permanent” 
development without ongoing costs. 

Ours would be much smaller but just as interesting to look at and valuable to 
use.
