That's why we have a car share! I agree with this ethic — in the end, it balances out. There are a million ways to do accounting. I also find it comforting to extend this to residents. Even though one household might contribute less to the community in terms of workshare or governance, we still need them to occupy a unit and pay their condo fees. And be good and kind.
