Thanks for posting this Marina.

Our Process Team has also talked about training needs as more of us move
into our homes at Acorn Creek (outside of Raleigh, NC) after the start of
the new year.

We are interested in:
a) beefing up our facilitation skills,
b) having a refresher in interpersonal conflict resolution skills and
non-violent communication

I know FIC has some excellent training resources (
https://www.ic.org/fic-courses/) Other suggestions are also welcome. We
missed the opportunity to learn directly from Laird Schaub in the many
workshops he led over many, many years. :-(
