At Bay State Commons in Malden MA we have 30 units (50 bedrooms) plus all the 
common house on one meter.  We have very little grass but do have 16 garden 
plots.

We use between 5,000 to 7,000 cubic feet per month (37,400 to 52,400 gallons)
