At Cornerstone, only our few accessible spaces are assigned to specific units
or vehicles; otherwise, every unit has the opportunity for one car, first come
first serve in any space. Since we installed three dual port charging pylons,
the latest parking guideline is: If you have a gasmobile, seek first a space
away from the chargers … but if nothing else is available, then park at a
pylon. We now have a few more electric vehicles than ports, but so far, this
guideline is working out OK. If and when most of our vehicles go electric, I’m
guessing we’ll need either more ports or more rigorous scheduling.
