Before we gather in Sacramento for Cohousing & Beyond, you’re invited to step 
inside real cohousing neighborhoods. Our optional tours on October 31 and 
November 1 are open to everyone—you don’t need to attend the summit to 
participate.

Featured stops include:
Muir Commons in Davis, the first cohousing community in the U.S.
Nevada City Cohousing, a thriving multigenerational neighborhood in the Sierra 
foothills
N Street Cohousing in Davis, a retrofit community created house by house

These tours are a unique opportunity to explore shared spaces, meet residents, 
and hear the stories of communities living with connection at their core.

Then, on November 2–3, join us in Sacramento for Cohousing & Beyond, a national 
summit exploring the future of community-rooted housing. Together, we’ll look 
at how cohousing and other models can respond to the challenges of our time.
