Where we considered climate change (tornadoes in this part of the country) and 
built a reinforced bathroom in each home with solid plywood ceiling and walls 
bolted to the slab. And installed geothermal HVAC to minimize energy use. And 
omitted gas to the site, so all appliances are electric, including our 
excellent induction ranges.
