Our family is heading out for a 6-month adventure and we're looking for
someone to rent our home from January 1 to June 30, 2026.

Our place is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse in River Song Cohousing, right
along the Willamette River in Eugene, Oregon. It's fully furnished, and
rent includes all utilities, internet, plus a garage. The house was built
in 2022, so everything's new. There's hardwood throughout, good natural
light, and you can see the river from the upstairs bedroom. The back patio
opens to a meadow and connects to the riverside bike path. It's a 10 minute
bike ride to downtown Eugene along the river.

What makes this home unique is the community it’s part of. River Song is a
cohousing community focused on connection and shared living. We have common
meals a few times a week, shared spaces, and lots of places for kids to

Eugene's a great town—especially if you like being outdoors. The Saturday
Market is a gem, Spencer Butte is perfect for a quick hike, and downtown
Eugene has great food and music. Being a university town, there's always
something happening, and it's easy to get around by bike. The surrounding
hiking, camping, backpacking, climbing, and rafting are all renowned.

We're hoping to find someone who'll appreciate the house and the community.
It's an ideal situation for anyone curious about intentional community
