Here at Daybreak we have a CMA-180UC dishwasher/sanitizer which is UL
listed as commercial.

We're happy with the way it functions in our 30 household community, where
we have between 10 - 25 diners per meal, except for celebrations.

Ideally, it needs to be drained and be left open overnight to prevent
corrosion and bacterial growth.

Ideally, it requires a bit of maintenance and de-liming from time to time,
as you would do with any residential dishwasher.
