Hi everyone,

Our fall event series continues with three events next week! Each of these
events will be available on-demand following the session. If you’re interested
but unable to join live, you can still RSVP and you’ll receive a link to the
recording following the event.

---

First, on Wednesday, October 8 at 12pm MDT, join us for Innovations in
Community Housing. Learn about different types of shared housing models and
options to create more inclusive and affordable spaces for all from Live Work
Denver's Sarah Wells.

Later that afternoon, at 3pm MDT on October 8, we’ll be hosting the third of
our Community Conundrums series: People who talk too much.

This event was rescheduled so if you weren’t able to join us live for the
original date, now’s your chance! Karen Gimnig will be exploring empathetic
strategies to keep anyone from overpowering the conversation so your meetings
can stay on track.

And on Thursday, October 9th at 4pm MDT, we’ll be hosting Understanding Density
with cohousing expert Katie McCamant. Katie will explore different land density
options so you can better hone your site search.

All of these sessions are free for CohoUS members! Registration varies from
$30-$60 for non-members depending on the event’s length. Learn more about
membership here: https://cohousinginstitute.org/become-a-member/
