There’s still time to join CohoUS for our Affordable and Ecological Cohousing 
Design course!


Over the course of 8 weeks Charles Durrett will impart his decades of 
experience building and supporting cohousing communities so that you can learn 
how to build your dream community with affordability and sustainability in mind.


Charles will discuss topics like finding a site and negotiating with local 
officials, the development process, important features to keep in mind with 
project planning, cohousing-specific construction considerations and more.
