About Linden Cohousing
Linden Cohousing opened its doors in 2019 and is home to 45 households 
(approximately 80 residents). In this active community, you’ll find no shortage 
of things to do, from common meals to movie nights, talent shows, and more! Our 
building features a multitude of amenities, including common lounges, kids 
room, fitness room, shared office, arts & crafts room, and more. 

Our community offers a variety of ways to be involved, and our members’ 
involvement ensures our condo dues remain as low as possible thanks to shared 
responsibility and oversight of the building and grounds. Our Sustainability 
Group is passionate about finding ways to minimize our environmental footprint 
while encouraging shared resources, reuse, and recycling. Our avid gardeners 
help design and maintain the lovely landscape that beautifies our property. Our 
Newsletter Group helps us stay connected with community ongoings through the 
biweekly Linden Leaf newsletter. And there is some type of community meal every 
other day! These are just some of the groups and activities available at Linden 
Cohousing!

About Madison, WI
Madison, WI is city of approximately 285,000 people. It’s home to the Wisconsin 
state capitol and a Big Ten university, thereby attracting a variety of events 
and economic opportunities for the city and its residents.
