Dear Fellow CoHousers,

Please let folks know about this wonderful possibility!

Cantines Island is a very established community in the beautiful Hudson Valley.

We are nineteen households,  lovely spot on the Esopus,  close to The Hudson 
River.
We have gardens, boathouse,  our wonderful CommonHouse:
we cook a meal on Sundays,  
have Potluck Mondays, and a hang-around , end of day, Fridays.

And the BEST place to raise kids!!  Best for parents, best for kids.

Our neighbor needs to move:  her kids grew up in this wonderful, well loved  
four bedroom house with full basement……

Please let me know if you are interested.

Her daughter has not yet put it on the market,  not yet set the price……..
I’ll fill in those blanks as I learn of them.
