Co-buying for affordability
Do you know of a single man who would love to live in community? 
Sunnyside Village Cohousing is a forming community just north of Seattle. We 
will have 32 individual cottages, one story and two story, 2 and 3 bedroom. 
Move-in is scheduled for 2027-8. We have an Introductory meeting on Zoom each 
Thursday, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Pacific Time and can tell you all the details! To

We have developed some good support for people who would like to be co-buyers. 
We have resources, and also a twice a month facilitated meeting to explore 
topics housemates will benefit from exploring.
Co-buying in a cohousing community gives you many more resources than just 
living in a single family home with a roommate - you would have the addition of 
all of the community amenities such as the Common House, work shop, community 
garden, guest rooms and community activities. So many possibilities!
