A couple at RoseWind Cohousing now has a 432 sq ft ADU (auxiliary dwelling
unit) in their home for rent, furnished or unfurnished, minimum 3 month lease,
longer term welcome. Renters at RoseWind are welcome to participate in
community activities such as cooperative gardening, potlucks, movie and game
nights and morning coffee gathering. More info and some photos are posted on
our website, at https://rosewind.org/rentorsale/#for-rent.

Founded more than 30 years ago, RoseWind is a multigenerational community that,
because so many of our original members have stayed, tends to skew older. Our
shared amenities include a beautiful common house and 9 acres of shared land
including several small orchards, a large shared vegetable garden, a
playground, a dog park, a large grassy commons and several walkable wooded
areas.

RoseWind is in Port Townsend, Washington, a progressive small city of 11,000
situated on the northeast corner of the Olympic Peninsula. Seattle is 2-3 hours
away by car or bus plus ferry. Local climate is relatively cool year round, and
far less rainy than Seattle (dry summers, with 17 inches of rain per year). We
are just 1 to 2 miles from all schools, a great food coop, a beautiful library,
and a lively downtown with many summer activities.
