Hi Ceil,

I'm not a chemical expert, but I wouldn't be comfortable letting my kids
play on grass with that kind of treatment taking place. Three years without
access to the yard seems like a high price to pay for a reduced water bill.
Why not just... not water the lawn? Maybe I'm missing something?

And why would the decision come from a board and not the community??
