Cohousing-L Mailing List: Discussion style

Another topic is what tone, style or whatever should we encourage on this
list.  Some discussions people introduce themselves and their interests
their kids etc and are very 'chatty'.  Others are more anonymous and
formal.  I guess I lean in the former direction within reason as long as the
messages dont take on an 'in group' character where one has to be a long time
member to follow a discussion.
