Cohousing-L Mailing List: Q

I've just heard that Bainbridge sent out a mailing - publicizing openings - and
checked that grid of Puget Sound info, and discovered, indeed, 3 units are for
sale.  Does anybody know why - what the problems were - etc?  I thought they
had a waiting list.
