Speaking of Bruce Coldham, I heard that there was a picture 
in the Real Estate section of the Boston Globe yesterday
of the Pioneer Valley (near Amherst MA) group holding hands around a hole
dug in the ground.  Since I didn't see it, I can only assume it was their 
groundbreaking! Can anyone confirm or deny this?  If this is true, 
CONGRATULATIONS, you finally made it!!  (you beat us by 6 months! :^)  )
