The E.F.Schumacher Society have done a lot of work on Land Trusts
and published papers on it.  They are at Box 76, RD3, Great
Barrington, MA 01230, (413)528 1737.  Robert Swann is the expert,
and Susan Witt the executive director.  They went to Lake Baikal
in Russia to set up a system there to preserve the land for the
indegenous people, to prevent developers taking over the land.

system.
