  I would point out that this is a totally common phemenona amoung most 
  cohousing groups.  In my research for the Cohousing Resource Guide  having
  people bail out at the time you commit real money seems to be a  common
  cohousing "trap".

Any Chance of getting my previous message edited into an article in the
Resource Guide?
