I guess I wasn't very clear.
I suppose I should have said apartment-type homes.  The plan is for individual
ownership - these new dwellings would be on one floor of a 2 or 3 story
building looking like 2 or 3 townhouses together.  I don't have the plans clear
in my mind, but that 's the rough idea.  They were planned in response to what
seemed to be a lot of interest in lower priced (therefore smaller) dwellings,
that would be hard to do as townhouses.  So far, those people are not as much
in evidence, so we may, in fact, not build those small dwellings.

We don't have any dwellings built specifically for rental, tho owners can
sublease, subject to community approval.
